2. Attorney Client Session re: Flannigan
   Minutes: Our counsel has indicated a desire to obtain advice from the Board regarding claim evaluation and settlement offers related to the pending litigation in the case of John Doe, individually and as parent and natural guardian of J.D., a minor v. Carol Lynn Flannigan, et al.
   
   In accordance with Florida Statute 768.28, a closed-door session has been scheduled for now and was properly noticed. This session will take approximately 15 minutes.
